2008 Riverside Room Rates. All of our motel rooms include: Complimentary Continental Breakfast. Free Wireless Internet. Superb view across the harbor to the Ocean. Upper level rooms are at street level and have parking in front of each room. Lower level rooms are at lawn level and are one flight down. Both levels afford excellent views of the harbor and ocean. Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional person is $15.00 per night. All rates are subject to 7% Maine sales tax. Three-day minimum stay Memorial Day Weekend (May 23, 24 25), Peak Summer (July 4 to August 23), Labor Day Weekend (Aug 29, 30 31) and Columbus Day Weekend (Oct 10, 11 12). Check-in is 3:00 PM, Check-out is 11:00 AM. A deposit of one nights room rental is required for all reservations. We require seven days notice for cancellations.
