It was built on the Simi Reservoir in 1886, and then transformed in 1986 into a private residence. The inn is filled with art and antiques for your enjoyment. Breakfast is a superb full breakfast and wine and cheese in the early evening to share with guests. The Villa in addition has 2 llamas, Bernice, Brindle, Baesel. the westie and cairn terriers, who are the official welcoming committee. A delicious full breakfast is served from 8:30 - 10, earlier only by request, in the beautifully appointed dining room with spectacular views. Cocktail hour is accompanied by wine cheese for all guests to share. For single rooms, cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days prior to arrival. If reservations are made for more than one room, seven (7) additional days notice prior to arrival are required per room. For example, if you have reserved 3 rooms, you must cancel your reservation twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival. If the cancellation is made after the required date for whatever reason, a refund is only made if we are able to rebook the room(s). There is a $25 cancellation fee for each room.
