OCEAN VIEW Bedroom with queen bed, bathroom, porch. Garden ocean view. Rate: $205 a day. VICTORIAN ROOM Bedroom with queen bed, bathroom, porch. Garden ocean view. Rate: $205 a day. ROSE GARDEN SUITE Bedroom with queen bed, sitting room, bathroom, kitchen, porch, garden ocean view. Rate: $205 a day. HIDEAWAY SUITE One bedroom with queen bed, bathroom, patio with private outdoor Hot Tub. Rate: $205 a day. MONARCH GROVE ROOM Bedroom with queen bed, marble bathroom. Monarch butterfly overlook ocean view. Rate: $205 a day. CARRIAGE HOUSE Two bedroom cottage with queen beds, fireplace, living room, bathroom, kitchen and porch. Garden large private ocean view deck. with adjoining Hot Tub in private gazebo. Rate: $275 a day for two people, $350 for four people. HOLIDAY HOUSE Studio with queen bed, bath, kitchen, large deck outdoor Hot Tub in private gazebo, Garden view Monarch butterfly overlook. Rate: $205 a day. Rates quoted are per day for double occupancy, excepting suites. For each additional person in the room please add $20. Units may be rented by the week (6 night;s rental). Room rates do not include the applicable taxes. Reservations are held for 7 days, pending receipt of 1 night deposit. Visa, American Express, and MasterCard accepted. Cancellation requires 7-day notice or you will be charged for those nights that we are unable to rent your room. We do not accept checks except as advance payment. We are a non-smoking resort; no smoking in the rooms. We are pet friendly upon approval. Check in time is 3:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM.
