Check in and Check out. Check in time is anytime after 4 p.m. Check out is 11 a.m.
Rooms are not guaranteed available until after our check in time of 4 p.m. Guests are welcome to come to the front
desk prior to the check in time of 4 p.m. and pre-check in. This means that all the necessary paperwork will be done and bags can be stored at our bell
desk. A front
desk agent will call the guest (on a
phone number provided by the guest) when the
room is available to be checked into. Early Check out or Late Check out. Guests wishing to check out early must notify the front
desk upon arrival to the hotel. Guests whom do not notify the front
desk upon arrival will be assessed a $75 early check out fee upon their departure. Guests wishing to be granted a late check out must call the front
desk on the day of their departure to see if a late check out is available. Guests who are not granted a late check out and stay past 11 a.m. will be charged $10 for every half hour past 11 a.m. that they occupy the
room. Changes and Cancellations. All changes or cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to 4 p.m. on your arrival date. Any changes or cancellations made after this time will be subject to a one nights
room and tax penalty fee.
Rooms booked on
www.anabellahotel.com can be cancelled via the website or by
phone. Special rated
rooms are NON CANCELLABLE/NON CHANGEABLE
rooms and are charged IN FULL at the time of booking. These
rooms will not be refunded.
Rooms booked through third
party vendors such as
Internet companies, wholesale vendors or travel agencies must be cancelled or changed through that agency.
Voicemail messages and or email messages left or sent to change or cancel a reservation will not be accepted for
security purposes. Cancellations or changes must be made directly with a representative. Credit and Debit Cards. The Anabella Hotel guarantees a reservation by authorizing one nights
room and tax to a credit card. This places a hold in the amount of one nights
room and tax to the credit card. Should you choose to use your Debit card (a card linked to your checking account) the Anabella Hotel will charge your account in the amount of one nights
room and tax. Debit cards ARE NOT credit cards, they are cash cards, and because of this an authorization would hold as a charge in your checking account. Reservations held with Debit cards and cancelled before the 72 hour policy will be refunded their one night deposit. The Anabella Hotel charges $100 plus tax deep cleaning fee to have a pet stay in your
room. Pets are allowed in our Pet Friendly
rooms which are limited to our standard king, standard queen and Casita
suites. Please call 800.863.4888 for further assistance. Pets must be leashed, caged or firmly held with they are in all common areas of the hotel. Pets are not allowed in the
restaurant,
lounge,
pool and
meeting rooms. (Except Service Animals for ADA assistance) Pets may not be left unattended at anytime even in a
guest room. If a pet is left unattended, even in a
guest room and is causing a disturbance or
safety issue the hotel may remove the pet to eliminate the issue. Guests with Service Animals will not be charged a deep cleaning fee and may stay in all
room types including our
Concierge Rooms (ADA only).

The Anabella is on route F.The stop is right next door to the Anabella Hotel main entrance on the left hand side in front of Tiffys Family
Restaurant. The shuttle cost is $3 per day for adults and children 9 and under ride free. You may ride all day as many times as you need with this one-day
ticket to and from the. Resort. Shuttle schedules may be obtained at the Anabella Hotel front
desk. ART shuttle
tickets may be purchased in the lobby of the Anabella Hotel at the kiosk located to the right of the restrooms. Unfortunatly the Anabella Hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from southern California

Airport Bus- 1-800-828-6699. American V.P (for private towncars and vans)- 1-800-877-0788. Currently the Anabella Hotel offers the following discounts. Discount only applies to the
room that the AAA cardholder is staying in. AAA cardholder must present valid AAA card upon check in for rate to be valid. AARP Members/Senior Citizens. Discount applies for those guests who are members of AARP or over the age of 50 years. Discount only applies to the
room that AARP cardholder or Senior Citizen will be staying in. Must present AARP card upon check in or drivers license showing age over 50 years for rate to be valid. Discount rate only applies to
room that government employee is staying in. Government D. must be presented at check in for rate to be valid. Rate is not available if hotel is over 80% occupancy or if there is a group or
convention in town at time of travel. Discount rate only applies to
room that airline employee is staying in. Airline employee D. must be presented at check in for rate to be valid. Rate is not available if hotel is over 80% occupancy or if there is a group or
convention in town at time of travel. Discount rate only applies to
room that hotel industry employee is staying in. Hotel industry employee must
fax letter on company letterhead signed by their direct manager or supervisor to 714.905.1054 for rate to be valid.
Fax must be received prior to arrival and must state which hotel and department hotel employee works for and must be on company letterhead. Rate is not available if hotel is over 80% occupancy or if there is a group or
convention in town at time of travel. Discount rate only applies to
room that the travel agent is staying in. Reservation must be booked no earlier then 30 days prior to arrival and the hotel must be under 80% occupancy with no groups or
conventions in town during time of travel. Travel Agent must send a request attn: reservations manager prior to booking on company letterhead requesting dates of travel and a contact name for booking.
