The Eating Experience. The restaurant is situated on the first floor of the hotel. The frontage boasts the most marvellous views across the Portree harbour and makes for the most idyllic meal, while watching the harbour activity or the sun setting during your evening meal. The hotel employs, not one, but two first class chefs. They have between them years of experience and training which is most evident when you have a meal in the restaurant.
