Residency and Application Requirements. EMC MANAGEMENT INC., APPLICANTS MUST RECEIVE. 30 OUT OF 45 POINTS TO QUALIFY. EMPLOYMENT (Current-Permanent). 6 months or more at current company. 3 to 5 months at current company. Less than 3 months at current company. Temporary employment -2 Points from total points. CO-Signer MUST BE IMMEDIATE FAMILY (Parent, brother, sister, or grandparent), must have at least 1 year in current employment, show 4 times gross monthly rent income, 1 year of rental history in his/her name, and have ALL good credit.
