Cabo Blanco National Reserve. Located in the southern part of the Peninsula of Nicoya, only 9 Km from Montezuma with more than 1000 Ha, is Cabo Blanco National Reserve, which is the habitat for many animals species, a really National Patrimony where you can find the biggest Brown Boobies populations of the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. The Waterfall of Montezuma is located about 15 minutes walking fron the center of Montezuma, it is a nice waterfall more than 25 meters high sorrownded by a tropical forest. Horse Back Riding Tours. From Montezuma you can visit the waterfall EL CHORRO about 5 Km North from Montezuma a long the beach, it is a nice waterfall which drops into the ocean.
