All rooms feature en-suite bathroom facilities, televisions, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Single Rooms Our single bedded rooms feature en-suite facilities, independant heating, a television, and tea and coffee making facilities to ensure you a pleasent and comfortable stay. Twin Rooms Our twin bedded rooms are equiped with two comfortable single beds as well as en-suite facilities, a television and tea and coffee making facilities like all our other rooms to ensure you a pleasent and comfortable stay. Double Rooms Our double bedded rooms feature spacious and comfortable double beds and like all our other rooms come with en-suite bathroom facilities, a television and tea and coffee making facilities. Annex The Annex consists of two separate apartments. One has a double and twin room, bathroom with bath and separate shower. The second apartment has a double room, twin room and single room with Jacuzzi bath and overhead shower. Both have fully fitted kitchens and laundry facilities. These apartments have just been completed in 2008 and are of the highest standard. Barbeque Area An area for guests to have a Barbeque if they wish, and also the only smoking area available. The Hebridean Guest House is situated in Stornoway overlooking the Castle Grounds and Golf Course. The Guest House is located within five minutes of the ferry terminal, and is also within easy reach of Stornoway Airport. For guests with their own transport, the Guest House has parking right outside. Built at the turn of the 19th century the Hebridean Guest House has been developed into a modern, comfortable Guest House which has earned a fine reputation, and a 3 star rating with Visit Scotland. The accommodation consists of 11 rooms over 2 floors, with single bedded, twin bedded, and double bedded rooms, all with en-suite bathroom facilities, central heating, televisions, and tea/coffee making facilities. Also in the Guest House, there are two living rooms for guests to relax or socialise, as well as a comfortable restaurant where breakfast is served. Being situated so close to Stornoway town centre we are ideal accommodation for tourists to the island as well as the business traveller. The Outer Hebrides, apart from having some of the most rugged and beautiful scenery in the world also offers great freshwater and sea fishing, golf and of course sight seeing. The Hebridean Guest House is located in Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis, which is the main island in the Outer Hebrides in the far North West of Scotland. The Guest House's location within Stornoway makes it very accessible to the local shops, businesses, transport etc. in Stornoway town centre. Stornoway is the principal town on the Isle of Lewis, and is the main point for access to the island with a ferry service operated by Caledonian MacBrayne from Stornoway harbour going to and from Ullapool on mainland Scotland, and also an air service operated by various operators travelling to and from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Inverness 7 days a week.
