The Winnock Hotel has two private rooms where Wedding Receptions can take place; The Capercaillie Room and The Merlin Restaurant. The Capercaillie Room is an ideal venue for Weddings of between 40 and 140 guests. The room itself is light and spacious with its own bar and dance floor. The Merlin Restaurant is perfect for the smaller, more intimate Wedding. Situated in the oldest part of the hotel, its exposed stone walls and wooden beamed ceiling make for a cosy and atmospheric setting. The Winnock Hotel has played host to many Weddings over the years which has made us experts in getting the best out of the venue space available. We have four suggested floor plans showing table layouts which are detailed on the following page, these plans are of course only suggestions and we can adapt them to match your needs.
Wedding Accomodation Prices. The tariff for bed and breakfast for wedding guests is based upon our published room rates on the day of your wedding. These rates will usually be available each January for the current year. A 10% discount is offered to wedding guests for one night stays. This discount does not apply for Easter, Bank Holidays or Saturdays in August. 20% applies on all other weekends when staying two nights.
