Tropic Cabanas has two cabanas located across the street from Antonio’s Beach in the highly desirable area of Puntas in Rincon. The beach is close it takes about two minutes to walk from your door to the sand. Enjoy the convenience of walking to the beach bars and restaurants without any hills to climb. There is great surfing too with breaks such as Parking Lot, Antonio’s, Sandy Beach and Pool’s a short stroll away. Unlike other properties, we chose not to chop down all the shade trees and there are lush tropical gardens so you will not forget that you are in paradise and not some condominium high rise. Were are easy to get to and hard to forget! Bring about $3.50 in change for the toll road. Exiting the San Juan Airport stay to the right and get on Road #26. Continue 2-3 miles and look for the signs for #22. Stay to the right, go through the tunnel and connect with #22 which turns into a toll road. Continue on this toll road which ends in Arecibo and turns into #2.Continue past Aguadilla, past the Walgreens to the exit marked #417. There is a street light and a pedestrian overpass. Make a right onto #417. Continue about two miles and at the stoplight the road will split- there will be a cemetery on your right. Stay to the left, on Avenida Nativo Alers. Continue through the stoplight and the road will end. Make a left onto #115 and continue through the road construction - stay to the left- and after several miles until you see the signs for #413. Stay to the right, up the hill and continue until you see the Speedway gas station on the right. Directly after the gas station make a right and go down the hill. At the bottom is the Landing View condominium on the right and the now closed Landing Restaurant. Directly past The Landing make your first left. We are the first place on the left-the blue/turquoise color Cabanas. Exiting the Aguadilla airport make a left and follow the road until it tees. Make a left and continue several miles on this road which is #107. #107 will lead you to#2. Stay to the right when you reach #2.Continue past Aguadilla, past the Walgreens on the right and to the exit marked #417. There is a street light and a pedestrian overpass. Make a right onto #417. Continue on this road and you will reach the town of Rincon. Make a left before the main town at the El Estacion bakery-if you pass the Texaco station next to the video store you went too far. Continue on this road and it will tee into #413. Make a left and go about two miles and the road will fork. Stay to the right, up the hill and go about one more mile. When you see the red neon sign that says ‘Lazy Parrot’ on your right, continue to your next left. Make the left, the road forks. Stay to the right and go down the hill. The cabanas are the last place on the right before you arrive at the Landing restaurant ( now closed).
