wedding receptions, rehearsal
dinners,
room blocks, and after
wedding brunches. The Broker Inn specializes in these events by providing expert planning assistance, fabulous food, and reasonable prices. We would be delighted to meet with you in person to help plan your
wedding event(s). Please call us at 303-444-3330x602 to arrange an appointment. The sales
office is open Tuesday through Saturday. The maximum capacity for our
ballroom is 225 people. For receptions under 75 people, the ceremony may also be held in the
ballroom. For smaller events such as rehearsal
dinners, there is a minimum of 15 guests required. The
banquet room rental charge for Friday or Saturday is $1500, but is waived with a minimum food and beverage purchase of $4000 before tax and gratuities. Along with the $4000 minimum, we do include our honeymoon
suite complimentary for the
wedding night and use of our hospitality
suite during the day of the
wedding. Should you not meet the $4000 minimum purchase requirement, the difference between what you spend and the minimum required will be made up in a
room rental charge. The
room rental fee is based on a six hour reception time. You may bring your own
wedding cake, mints, nuts, flowers, and decorations. The hotel must provide all other food and beverage, we do not allow outside catering. Our staff will cut your
wedding cake complimentary. The hotel will provide all tables, chairs, linens, glasses, silverware, plates, and use of our standard centerpieces. A dance floor is available with a $50 set up fee. A cash or a hosted
bar is available. If you choose a cash
bar, individuals will pay for all their own
cocktails. If you choose a hosted
bar, you can pay for beer and wine only or the entire
bar. All
bar totals must reach at least $500 to waive the $75 bartender fee. Prices for food and beverages are outlined in menus which we can make available to you. On average,
dinner choices run between $19.95- $42.95 per person excluding tax and gratuities. Alcoholic beverages are not included in this estimate. We do offer discounted rates for hotel
room blocks. The rates range between $69-$129 per night per
room. You are not held responsible for any un-booked hotel
rooms from your block. There is a 30 day cut off date before the reception date for guests to book at the discounted rate. The rate is usually available for three days before and after the actual
