The accommodation is situated to the rear of the main house in a cloister type setting. The rooms are modern and well designed, surrounded by plants on the adjoining patio to one side and sheltered by the garden banks on the other. The spacious bedrooms are on the ground floor and are tastefully decorated. Each room has en-suite bathroom, remote control colour television, central heating, hairdryer and tea coffee making facilities. An ironing board is available on request. All bedrooms are non-smoking. There is ample parking. We have furnished our sitting/garden room with comfortable sofas and armchairs and it is an ideal place for guests to relax and read a book. Yellowham Farm is situated in the very heart of Hardy country, nestling on the edge of the idyllic Yellowham Wood. We are set in 120 acres of farmland and 130 acres of woodland, away from the busy main road, yet just 1½ miles east of Dorchester on the A35 and just over the hill from the famous dwelling Hardy's Cottage at Higher Bockhampton. The farm contains an abundance of flora and fauna which has been encouraged over the years and the seclusion offers the perfect place for peace and tranquility. The farm is situated in the countryside in the parish of Stinsford. The house itself is located at the end of a long tarmac drive away from the busy A35 trunk road, sheltered under the edge of a deciduous wood. In the Spring the wood is filled with primroses, red campions, bluebells and foxgloves and is overwhelming with its scent and beauty. To the other side of the house are the fields and horse paddocks stretching away up the low valley into the distance. The tennis court is located to the rear of the house via a path up the banks of the garden towards the wood. We are open all year round
