(click on images for larger view). The Maple Suite is one of two magnificent master suites that features an elegant four poster rice bed. This large, comfortable room includes a separate living area with fireplace and a screened verandah overlooking the grounds. The bathroom is all marble with a Jacuzzi tub. The Maple Suite is $200.00 per night.

The Dogwood Suite is decorated in a bright and cheery floral array. This suite has a lovely four poster queen size bed and private bath complete with a tub and shower. Magnificent views of the lawns and herb garden are seen through the room's windows. The Dogwood Suite is $125.00 per night.

(click on image for larger view). The Oak Suite is a spacious master suite located on the second floor. This romantic room has a king-sized bed and sitting room with a fireplace. The bathroom includes a private shower and free standing deep tub. The Oak Suite is $250.00 per night.

Thomas Campbell McCaughan built the Maple Grove Inn in 1799. Originally, the Georgian style house was two rooms upstairs and two rooms downstairs. The kitchen was located in the cellar. The property once consisted of 300 acres, but all that remains now are fifteen. Much of the added space evolved during the 1980's when Milton Turner, the previous owner owned the estate. The property was purchased in 1992 by Betty and Tom Lockett, and for the first time it was used as a business instead of a private home. Although there are some discrepancies, the Maple Grove Inn is considered one of the oldest residences still in use in Knoxville. Most of all the furnishings are antiques or reproductions, and each room is decorated in an individual style.

The Redbud Suite has a stunning view of the grounds, two full size beds, a fireplace and a large private bath. The Redbud Suite is $150.00 per night.

The Magnolia Suite is a delightful room featuring a queen size bed and a private/adjoining bathroom. The Magnolia Suite is $135.00 per night.
