Visit also historical sites such as Herhjulfsnas active in the time of the norsemen. Or enjoy a walk in the one and only forrest in Greenland, named Paradise valley (Qinqua-valley). Visit our interesting museum located in the idyllically old colony harbour, or go shopping in the tourist
shop, which have a large amount of fur products, and lots of tupilaks carved by local craftsmen. Also You can visit the cosy workshop of Per Sonberg, where he makes models of ships which have been sailing in greenlandic waters, or take a look or buy some of the beautiful paintings made by Bent Christensen Red Bent.
