Check in is from 4-7 p.m. Advance arrangements need to be made for arrivals after 7 p.m. as we like to personally greet our guests. Check out is at noon. No Pets are allowed at Willow Springs. Smoking is restricted to outdoors. Our cabins are allergy free. Rates: $145/night - off season $160/night - Summer season $190/night - Bike Week. Daily rates include lodging and full breakfast- -Rates are for single or double occupancy- -Extra charge for additional people- -Sales tax not included- -Payment by cash or checks only- -Rates are subject to change- MINIMUM 2 NIGHT STAY. Deposit Cancellation Policy As our accommodations are limited, a first night or 50% deposit (whichever is more) must be received within one week after your reservation has been made. Cancellations must be made 21 days in advance of your arrival date or your deposit will not be refunded, unless we are able to re-reserve the cabin. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure date.

Exit off I-90 on Mt. Rushmore Exit #57. From Omaha St. continue south one block to West Main. Turn right (west) and travel 1.4 miles to Sheridan lake Road. Turn left (south) and travel 12.2 miles on Sheridan lake Road. From Rapid City we are between mile markers 10 and 11. Turn left at Willow Springs sign. At intersection of Sheridan Lake Road (County Road 228) travel northeast 6 miles toward Rapid City. Turn right at Willow Springs sign.
