We only use credit card information as a guarantee for the reservation, but the payment is not required until departure, unless other is agreed. I need to cancel my reservation. How do I do it, and how much does it cost? It is important that you make your cancellation in the same way and through the same channel you used to book. If you booked direct at the hotel, or on hotelpetit.dk booking system, as a general rule you can cancel your booking without penalties until 4:00 pm of the arrival date ( for details and exceptions). We have however few guestrooms where it is allowed to smoke cigarettes (not cigars or pipe). Our parking (which lays behind the hotel, with access from Skravej) is the biggest hotel parking in the city center. When it is full, you can normally park short distance from the hotel in one of the public parkings (e.g. at the side of the train station, aprox. 70 mt./ 200 ft. from the hotel) or in the town´s streets, where permitted (e.g. Ostre Strandvej). Our parking is free of charge in low season, while during the rest of the year the price is DKK 50.00 per day (from 2:00 pm on arrival date to 1:30 pm on departure date). The city parkings are also free in low season, while in other periods the price is DKK 10.00 per hour (but only between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm). Parking in remaining areas is free where allowed. The parking cannot be reserved in advance. What is the check-in time? The check-out time? The check-in time is between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm.If you arrive earlier, we can ikke guarantee that your room will be ready, but if it is, of course you will get your room immediately. Check-out time is before 11:00 am. At what time is the breakfast? Our rich buffet breakfast is served in the breakfast room at the side of the reception from 7:30 am to 10:30 am. How can I connect to the Internet? You can connect to the Internet with your computer using our wireless network, which is available in the public areas and all guest rooms, including the ones located in the annex. The access is free of charge, but you need to input a password, which you can get at the reception. Where can I eat dinner? Quotations Fill our booking form to receive a personal quotation for a meeting package. The hotel Petit is ideal for small residential meetings. Our meeting room is located at the ground floor and receives a lot of natural light from the big windows. The room is 9,15 mt. long and 7.55 mt. wide (in total 70 sq.mt.). It can accomodate 30 persons U-shape. When connected to the adjacent room, it can accomodate in total 80 persons theater style. We can serve working lunches at the hotel, and arrange dinners in selected restaurants, quoting an all-inclusive meeting package based on your needs. The bathrooms have been renovated in January 2007, while the rooms have been refurbished in January 2005, with new laminated wooden floors, and a choice of colors which is inspired by the sea, the sky and the light of Skagen. The rooms feature a writing desk, full-length mirror, color TV with international channels, free wireless Internet access. Some rooms can accommodate three persons, and we also have family rooms, which can accommodate two adults and two children. Minibar and free tea/coffee making facilities, are available to the guests 24 hours outside the guest rooms.

The public areas have been refurbished in January 2005 and the whole hotel is covered by a wireless network, giving access to the Internet. All 30 rooms have private bathroom with shower and TV with international channels. The rooms and the bathrooms have been renovated in 2005 and 2007. In the annex, which is located in a characteristic Skagen house at the side of the hotel, there are an independent suite and 3 hotel rooms which are connected by internal doors and can therefore be used together as a larger apartment, suiting friends and families travelling together. Our meeting room can accommodate up to 80 persons and we can make special arrangements for groups.
