All our bedrooms are tastefully decorated with comfortable seating areas and have luxurious quilted bedding. Each bedrooms has tea and coffee making facilities and remote control colour televisions. Most of our rooms have newly refurbished en-suite bathrooms with towels, soap, shampoo and shower gel supplied. Some of our rooms have side sea view at no extra cost. We can also cater for people with walking difficulties as we have ground floor en-suite rooms available, which have ample space for easy manoeuvre.

We reserve the right to reserve more popular rooms for a minimum of 4 night stays during busy midweek periods and for 3 night stays at weekends. If we decline your booking we will securley destroy your details without charge and notify you of the reasons. We may also decline an online booking for a weekend if it is not a Friday Arrival. Friday arrivals are much easier for us as this is the day most guests arrive for the weekend. If we accept a Saturday and a Sunday booking ( two nights ) we will normally ask that you pay in full at the time of booking as we have a two night minimum requirment for Saturday nights between June and November (and on Bank Holiday Weekends ). Mixed Groups or Same Sex Bookings. We do not accept mixed groups or same sex bookings. We only cater for couples and families. Therefore on agreeing to our terms and conditions on making a booking with us you are confirming that you are a couple or a family ( if a family group occupying more than one room, details of your relationship to one and other will have to be disclosed at the time you make the reservation). If you make a booking on line and it is accepted, and when you check in it is obvious that you are not a couple or a family or family group we WILL charge your card for the accomodation AND ask that you find alternative accomodation. We ask for £15 per person deposit in advance to make a reservation. We ask that you pay any balance on day of arrival after you have satisfied yourself you will be comfortable during your stay with us. Cancellation charges. It is your right to cancel your booking with us at any time. However if we have reserved a room for you and declined other potential bookings because of your reservation it is fair that we retain your deposit of £15 per person if we are notified with more than 14 days notice before the arrival date. Cancellations within 14 days of your arrival will incur the firsts nights accomodation tarriff. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival date or no shows on date of arrival will incur the full tarriff as quoted at the time of booking for the whole of the intended stay to a maximum of two nights. You can check in any time after 10am and up to 10pm.Your room may not be ready until 2pm but we can however store your luggage for you. On check in we prefer that you settle any outstanding account for your full stay. On day of departure please *vacate your room and the car park by 10am* this gives us time to prepare it for any new guests arriving on the same day. We can store your luggage for you to collect upto 6pm that same day. Visitors valuables are left at their own risk. The proprietors accept no responsibility for loss of guests property. We appreciate your buisness and are keen to learn ways we can improve things. If you are not delighted about any aspect of our sevice we would like to know. You are encouraged to speak to us directly so we can put this right immediatlely. The proprietors reserve the right to cancel accommodation if at any time in their opinion the behaviour of the guests is such that the comfort and enjoyment of other guests is disturbed or endangered. In this event you will be asked to leave without entitlement to compensation.

Arriving at The Dudley Hotel. Guests coming by car can take the M55 straight through, following the South Shore signs onto Yeadon Way. At the second roundabout, turn right (Waterloo Road Exit) and then left at next roundabout staying the left hand lane. Proceed over the Waterloo Road bridge taking right hand lane. The turn right at the traffic lights onto Lytham Road, and take the fifth turing on the left into Alexandra Road. We are at number 3 all the way down the street towards the promenade on the left. Departing from The Dudley Hotel. Turn right onto Lytham Road, proceed up to the traffic lights. Turn left into Waterloo Road, then get into the right hand lane. Turn right at the traffic lights, turn right st the roundabout then left at the next roundabout. Travel back up Yeadon Way onto the M55. Have a safe journey home.
