Sturgeon fishing season is open year round and there are salmon sole, bass and ling cod. Launch your boat at the new Willapa Bay Boat launch just a short walk from the Harbor View. Canoeing and Kayaking in the Willapa Bay, part of the Willapa National Wildlife Refuge. The only way to travel to Long Island is by private boat or kayak. State Parks and Historic Sites. Center and a good place to enjoy winter storm watching, jetty fishing, hiking, The northern tip of the Long Beach Peninsula is the stopover site for more than 100 species of including ithe Snowy Plover, a threatened species. The open dune area on the north end is in the Willapa Bay National Wildlife Refuge, run by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, while the thickly forested interior area is managed by the state. We are happy to accommodate drop-in visitors when we can, however we strongly recommend reservations during the summer and during clamming and other peak event times. Book early for the best selection! Peak Season Rates (July 1 - September 15). Off Season Rates (September 16 - June 30). Ask about our '3rd Night Free' promotion during the off-season! Inquire about weekly and monthly rates during the off-season. Rates are based on 2-person occupancy and do not include taxes (9.8%) or pet fees ($5 per night). A 2-night minimum stay is required on Holiday and Event weekends. We accept Visa, Mastercard and personal/
business checks (with proper identification). Due to limited space, we cannot reserve
rooms without prepayment of first night stay or a credit card guarantee. To avoid cancellation charges, we require 48-hour notice (prior to 2pm check-in). A
24-hour notice is acceptable for reservations over State-canceled clam dates.

Our grounds are an ever-changing kaleidoscope of color from the first snow drops and crocus very early in spring to the fall and winter blooming Schizostylis. Trish loves
gardening and is always starting something new in the greenhouse for the planters and hanging baskets. Enjoy our

Take I-5 South to Olympia (~55 miles). Exit #104 to SR 8, which will become SR 12 (~40 miles). Exit at Montesano, turning left onto US 107. Follow US 107 until it ends at a T with US 101 (~10 miles). Turn left onto US 101. As you go through Raymond notice the unique roadside sculpture! (~18 miles). Continue on US 101 as it winds its way along Willapa Bay. Many of the curves are sharp and be especially watchful for deer and elk. Enjoy the many shorebirds, including Great Blue Herons. Continue following US 101 until it ends at a T with Hwy.4 at a place known by the locals as Johnson's Landing. Turn right at this stop sign. (~30 miles). Continue on Hwy 4 (alt. US 101). Leaving the edge of the bay, the road straightens and finally comes to a T with US 103. (~12 miles). Hwy 103 is the Long Beach Peninsula's main North-South road. Turn right and continue north to Long Beach. Continue north to Ocean Park (~10 miles). Turn right on Bay Street and continue until it reacheds a T at Sandridge (~1 mile). Turn left on Sandridge and continue to 281st Street(~1 mile). The Harbor View will be on your right. Take I-5 North to Longview, WA. (~40 miles). Exit to SR 432 West, the first Longview Exit. Follow SR 432 to the Third Avenue exit. (~2 miles). Turn left onto SR 433 West. Follow SR 433 to the turn onto the Lewis Clark Bridge. (~2 miles). Cross the Lewis Clark Bridge back into Oregon. Turn right onto Hwy 30 West (go up the hill). Follow Hwy 30 to Astoria, OR. (~45 miles). Cross the Astoria-Megler Bridge back to Washington. Turn left as you come off the bridge, onto US 101 North. Follow US 101 through the village of Chinook and into Ilwaco (~11 miles). When you reach the stoplight, you are in Ilwaco. Turn right to head north on Hwy 103, and follow the above directions from Highway 103 (*An alternate route to avoid the traffic in Long Beach: take the Peninsula Highway/Sandridge Road cutoff on the right just past Ilwaco and continue north (~ 13 miles) to 281st Street.
