Cabana Gardens B B was built in 1995. You'll delight in the spacious contemporary design. Rooms are light-filled and furnished with a combination of wicker and antiques. All rooms have cable TV, air-conditioning and ceiling fans. All rooms have private baths and most bathrooms have both a shower and bath tub. Hair dryers are available in all bathrooms. Most rooms have direct access to a deck and have a fabulous view across downtown Lake Gerar with a glimpse of the Atlantic Ocean. Cabana Gardens has a shared kitchen area for guests which contains a microwave oven for warming foods, but no real cooking is allowed. Refrigerator space, ice, paper plates, utensils, cups, and napkins are also available. Irons and ironing boards are available for our guests. Cabana Gardens has three reception rooms which provide informal gathering places for socializing with other guests, watching TV, or just hanging out. One reception room has a cozy fireplace and is very popular during the chilly off-season months. Another reception room doubles as a dining area where a continental breakfast is available from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Breakfast is a selection of fresh fruit in season, juice, coffee, tea, hot and cold cereal, and freshly baked pastries. The Florida room overlooks the gardens and fish pond and is the reception area where most guests gather for breakfast. Cabana Gardens was designed and decorated to provide a homey atmosphere. Original art from local artists and personal furnishings of the owner are apparent throughout the house. Many guests tell us that they feel right at home!

Conveniently located on the beautiful Mid-Atlantic Coast, Rehoboth Beach boasts scenic, pristine beaches and tax free shopping. Cabana Gardens Bed Breakfast, on the corner of Lake Avenue and Third Street, is centrally located in Rehoboth Beach, just three blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, and one quick block to the hustle and bustle of shopping and fine dining on busy Baltimore and Rehoboth Avenues. Cabana Gardens B B is a quiet retreat located on the edge of Rehoboth's business district and only one block to the Convention Center. Cabana Gardens is open year-round and is popular for romantic weekends, especially during the winter months. Depending on the weather, our outdoor swimming pool opens approximately May 15 and closes October 1.

Rates vary according to season. Weekend rates apply to Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Rates Monday through Thursday are significantly less. Weekly discount: Stay seven days, get l week night free. There is a two-night minimum for non-holiday weekends and a three night minimum for holiday weekends. Single nights are sometimes available on weekends. Rates are subject to change and are subject to an 8% Delaware rental tax. Check-in is between 2 p.m. and 9 p.m. only. Check-out is by 11 a.m. No pets are allowed in rooms or on the premises. Smoking is appropriate only in outside areas. A deposit of 50% of the rental is required at the time of reservation with the balance due upon arrival. Free parking is available (one car per room). We accept Discover, VISA, and Master Card. No personal checks are accepted. However we realize that plans do change. Refunds will be given only if we receive at least a 7-day advance notice of cancellation and if we are able to rent the room that had been reserved for you. If a refund is issued, the amount refunded will be the reservation deposit less a $35.00 processing fee. If we receive at least a 7-day advance notice and we are unable to rent the room that had been reserved for you, we will reschedule your visit. A rescheduled visit must occur within 180 days of the cancellation date. If you notify us after the 7-day deadline, no refunds will be given and we cannot reschedule your visit.
