ADDITIONAL FACILITIES. Since the 1999 the BIT CENTER hotel offers 12 quality badminton courts, ideal both for recreational and for professional players. Our badminton hall is the only one in Ljubljana with a floor warming system during the winter. Visitors are offered the possibility to book the court for the winter season or even for the whole year. In our well supplied shop our guests can rent and buy the best badminton rackets present on the market, plastic and feathered balls, thick, thin and towel grips etc. We also provide a racket stringing service (tension fastening and string-changing) for local players. Badminton is the ideal sports activity for all kinds of people, since everyone learns to play it easily, while having fun. Three years ago the club Sky-Bo took over our fitness centre. This year the fitness hall has been amplified and supplied with new equipment. Today the fitness club relies on 50 gym machines (15 cardio-machines) and covers a space of 400 m?. Every new member is invited to attend a first presentation training and is offered a one-month fitness programme both free of charge. The Youth hostel Ljubljana is located in the same building as the BIT CENTER hotel and has a capacity of 35 beds. We are proud to be members of the Hostelling international, a nonprofit organization composed of more than 90 associations representing about 4000 hostels in over 80 countries. We offer 2,3,4,6 and 2 10 bedded rooms. Bathrooms and showers are all situated in the corridor close to the rooms. Information board and internet access are available in the lobby of the hotel.
