Given that we prepare the beds and clean the accommodation for each new guests arrival, the accommodation should be left in the condition in which it was found. The person making the booking will be held responsible for damages caused by any person in his/her party or anyone brought onto the premises by them. All breakages, damages and unreasonable cleaning costs will be charged for. ALL PETS are only admitted by prior arrangement. Dogs must be well trained and are admitted only on the strict condition that they will not be left alone for any length of time whilst on the premises or allowed onto the furniture or into the bedrooms.
