Comfortable king beds, fine linens and spacious serene surroundings make for a delightful Maine vacation. Some of our rooms offer sleigh beds or a four poster in the Theatre suite and all have full, deep baths. And the water is always hot! Included in your stay is a full country-style breakfast cooked to order by your hosts, Sharon Doron. We have 7 large, sunny guestrooms to choose from. Queen Bed (private bath). 2 Twin Beds (private bath). King Bed (private bath). Family Efficiency (2 rooms - 2 Queens and 1 Queen Futon,Kitchen, Cable TV, private bath). Check out is 11 AM (don't worry, we're flexible.). Rates All Rates include a full cooked to order country breakfast and either a soft drink, beer or wine upon check-in. Rates quoted are per room, single or double occupancy and do not include 7% Maine Lodging Tax or Gratuities. Please add $29.00 per night for each additional adult guest $15.00 per child over 4 and under 12. A surcharge of $30.00 for Saturday only stay during the season. Reservation Deposit Policy Upon making a reservation, the guest is required to provide a credit card number or must send 50% of the total stay, or one night's lodging, whichever is greater, in the form of a check or money order. Guest's stay will not be confirmed until the Inn has received the payment of deposit, but the room will be held a maximum of one week pending receipt of deposit. Cancellations; Should you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded less a $30.00 processing fee for cancellations up to 14 days prior to the arrival date (30 days during camp weeekends and winter vacation weeks ). Refunds less the processing fee will be made for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival only if the room can be rebooked. Please note that we are unable to make refunds under any circumstances for late arrivals or early departures. We are fortunate to live in a winter resort area. Roads leading directly to us are accessible and passable in most circumstances. The only exception we make to our cancellation policy is if the airports you are traveling through are closed.
