CONDICIONES DE RESERVAS: Las reservas, confirmaciones o modificaciones seran atendidas siempre que se realicen por cualquier medio escrito, desestimando las llamadas telefonicas por no ser vinculantes. Nuestras confirmaciones seran igualmente efectuadas por escrito (preferentemente correo electronico), incluyendo un numero de identificacion y con caracter de Pre-Confirmacion, hasta tanto obtener la garantia de reserva. GARANTIA DE RESERVA Las reservas deberan ser garantizadas mediante el deposito de la cantidad requerida y antes de la fecha limite, en concepto der senal y parte de pago de la factura final, a liquidarse en moneda local, a su presentacion.,. realizandose mediante: A) INGRESO EN NUESTRA CUENTA. (Solo para residentes en Espana) Imprescindible el envio del resguardo del ingreso, por correo electronico o fax, antes de la fecha limite, e incluyendo el numero de nuestra Pre-Confirmacion B) CARGO A LA TARJETA DE CREDITO DEL TITULAR DE LA RESERVA. Debera sernos indicado, por correo electronico o fax, los 16 digitos de su tarjeta y fecha de caducidad, a la que sera cargado el importe requerido y en la fecha limite ( El Hostal Arias declina cualquier responsabilidad si tuviera que cancelar la reserva, como consecuencia de ser rechazado el cargo, por haber recibido datos incorrectos) LIMITACIONES: Las tarjetas de debito o American Express no contemplan este tipo de cargo previo. ALTERACIONES DE LA(S) RESERVA(S) Cualquier posterior cambio sera debidamente atendido si efectuado por escrito, dependiendo el resultado de la situacion de reserva en el momento de producirse. En el caso de producirse finalmente una anulacion, por no poder contemplar el cambio, seria de aplicar las siguientes condiciones. ANULACION DE RESERVA(S) Con mas de 72 horas, antes de la llegada. Aceptacion sin gastos. Con menos de 72 horas antes de la llegada. Se considera como NO PRESENTADO, con perdida total del deposito constituido. El hecho de constituir el deposito, significa el conocimiento y libre aceptacion de estas condiciones, que en caso de litigio, ambas partes reconocen como fuero la ciudada de Sevilla. Cualquier cantidad a reembolsar, sera efectuada mediante cheque nominativo, en moneda local CAMBIOS DE RESERVAS Los cambios deberan ser requeridos con tiempo suficiente,mediante e-mail, fax o carta y seran atendidos o rechazados de acuerdo con la situacion de reserva en cada momento. El Hostal Arias se reserva el derecho de cancelar aquellas reservas cuyo cambio suponga una reduccion de la estancia. BOOKING CONDITIONS Any reservation, modification or cancelation must be made by writing (e-mail or fax) refusing telephone calls. The Hostal Arias will reply including an identification number, having a Pre-Confirmation caracter, until the deposit will be materialized as a reservation guaranty. RESERVATION GUARANTY: A) MONEY TRANSFER TO OUR BANK ACCOUNT. ( Not available when guest is out of Spain) A copy of the bank draft must be sent bye-mail or fax, before the limit date, as a reservation signal, and part of the last bill payment, including our identification number. B) CHARGE TO THE CUSTOMER´S CREDIT CARD (Rcommended) An e-mail of fax should be sent, including the 16 credit card digits and its expiration date (month and year), to wich will be chaged in time, the ammount requested as signal and part of the bill payment. The rest will be payed in local money, on the bill pressentation. We decline any responsability if the reservation had to be cancelled because the charge were refused by the bank, if some of the credit card dates were not correct. CHANGE OF THE RESERVATION Any change will be requested in time, by e-mail, fax or letter and may be accepted by the Hostal Arias or refused depending on the booking situation The Hostal Arias may refuse and cancel the reservation if the stay were reduced CANCELATIONS Cancelations are to be requested by e-mail, fax or letter, and will be accepte without any charge if received before 72 hour before the arrival date.
