The Diplomat Hotel situated in the heart of Sliema has a superb sea front position on the prestigious promenade, with facilities for every modern convenience to the business and leisure traveler alike. The Penny Farthing Restaurant. The main restaurant is open throughout the week, offering an extensive hot and cold buffet breakfast, lunch and a buffet dinner, featuring a choice of local and continental cuisine. From the purposely designed Carvery / Buffet Counter a variety of Local Antipasto dishes combined with a selection of Soups, Pasta, Curry vegetarian dish, Fish and the main joints from the Carvery section are served every evening with a variety of sweets and fresh fruit. The hotel could be your ideal venue for various types of events and functions, ranging from weddings and receptions to banquets and private occasions. Open daily till the early hours, with its cosy atmosphere the pub offers a range of amusement machines, Internet Cafe' and a Big Screen.
