Manzana Springs Main Page. Bedrooms There are four bedrooms and two baths available. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with its own bath and separate outside entrance. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, while the third has two twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a double bed. Kitchen and Dining Room The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, and a full range of cooking utensils and dishes. Manzana Springs Guest House is a fully furnished and equipped 4 bedroom, 2 bath guest house located in Moab, Utah which is in the center of Southeastern Utah's red rock country. Located nearby Moab are Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, and Dead Horse Point State Park. The Colorado River runs next to Moab, where white water rafting is available. There are many miles of roads and trails around Moab for biking, jeeping, and hiking. The Moab Slick Rock Bike Trail is only a couple of miles from the Guest House. The La Sal Mountains are just 30 minutes away from Moab where aspen, ponderosa pines, and mountain lakes can be found. The house is surrounded by mature oak and cottonwood trees that provide abundant privacy and shade. There are two decks that provide ample space to sit and relax outside while viewing the LaSal Mountains and the surrounding Moab red rock cliffs. This can be your haven of quiet and rest after spending a day experiencing Moab and Southeastern Utah's Canyon Country. Manzana Springs Guest House is now closed. We thank all who were our customers over the last nine years. Rates Two night minimum. When you rent the house you will be the only people renting the house for that time. From March 1 to June 14 and August 31 to November 4 the weekend nights, Friday and Saturday, are $240.00 each. The rest of the week nights will be based on the schedule below. From June 15 to August 30 and November 5, except for Thanksgiving, to February 28 ask for our lower off season rates. The house accommodates 8 people comfortably. We expect no more than two people to sleep in any one bedroom. Exceptions will be made for small children. Master + One other bedroom. Master + Two other bedrooms. Master + Three other bedrooms. Utah sales and room taxes of 9% are not included in the above prices.

If you are approaching Moab from the North on Highway 191: Go through Moab and continue 3.6 miles from the stop light at McDonalds. Turn left at the Shell Gas Station onto Spanish Trail Road. Go to the four way stop sign and take a left onto Spanish Valley Drive. Go 1.1 miles to 1851 Spanish Valley Drive. Turn right into a driveway going downhill. You cannot see the house from the road, you must go down the driveway. If you are approaching Moab from the South on Highway 191: About 3 miles before Moab look for a Shell Gas Station on your right.
