We take pride in providing excellent service to our customers. Here's a few comments from our satisfied clients. Someone has decorated the rooms with care and passion. Feels like a cottage, an English one. Wood paneled walls look nice. We're on vacation and have stayed at a lot of motels. Your's is one of the nicest and a lot more affordable than most we've stayed at. It's like home. If we're by this way again, we'll stay at the Sage Motel, thanks! I've enjoyed my stay in Vernal because of the friendly reception I received and the helpful suggestions. Thank you. The room has a home feeling. I've stayed at hotels in $300 per night rooms, and I think your rooms are equal to those. The friendliness is superior to anywhere else we have stayed. It was very nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room, and unusual but very nice to have a live plant in the room. We like that you allow pets. A congenial gentleman at the check-in counter and we enjoyed the food at the restaurant. After 5000+ miles, this motel was a hidden treasure! Quiet, comfortable and roomy! Nice beds, pillows, bedding, towels etc. And the lady ate the front counter was so friendly. Thank you. Excellent value and we loved all of the extras! Microwave, fridge and morning tea in bone china, bliss! Thanks for your hospitality! I always check the rooms out because I have been in housekeeping for 20 years and I was really impressed. The whole room was very clean. When I first opened the door, I saw the flowers and the room had a wonderful scent. I knew the housekeeper had done their job. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. I will recommend the Sage Motel to everyone. In a week's worth of travel, this is the best motel we've stayed in. We were especially attracted to the fact that you accept pets.

Red Canyon Overlook..... 39 Miles North. Steinaker State Park..... 8 Miles North. Red Fleet State Park..... 11 Miles North East. Directions to the Sage Motel... Highway 40 runs East and West through Vernal. As you approach the center of town it turns into Main St. If you are traveling East, The Sage Motel will be on your left just past 100 West (3rd stop light). If you are traveling West, The Sage Motel will be on your right, just past Vernal Ave. (2nd stop light). Coming from North on 191 turn right on Main street, we are on the right.
