The Beach Retreat in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware is a classic 3-story turn-of-the-century beach house boasting 12 bedrooms! Perfectly nestled in the heart of downtown Rehoboth Beach Delaware, we are just 1-1/2 blocks from the boardwalk and Atlantic Ocean. The house is open year round, with weekly rentals available Memorial Day weekend through mid-September. We also have fall, winter and spring packages with a minimum of two-night stays. We are not operated as a B B, but as an inn that you can take over in its entirety. You have full reign over the spacious living areas, featuring two comfortable living rooms, two dining rooms and two fully equipped kitchens, where you can cook to your heart's content! The Beach Retreat sleeps 26 guests. There are 11 double beds and 5 twin beds. TYPICAL SECOND FLOOR BEDROOM (ONE OF SIX). The Beach Retreat is the perfect spot for your special celebration, family reunion, vacation, or retreat of any type. Full linen packages are provided in the off season. However, discounts are offered to those who bring their own linens and paper products. THERE ARE TWO SIDES TO OUR THREE STORIES. For those who don't need 12 bedrooms, our house can be split in two. The East Wing features 9 bedrooms, and the West Wing has 3 bedrooms. Each wing, of course, has its own private living area, dining area, and kitchen, as well as a spacious screened porch. WEST WING LIVING/DINING. We also have a beautiful and sunny 1-bedroom second floor cottage available. This separate apartment can sleep up to 3 guests and has its own parking space. You can rent it in conjunction with the main house or simply on its own. Weekly summer rates range from $800-$1,000. CARRIAGE HOUSE LIVING. In-season weekly rates range from $4,200 to $6,000 for the entire house. No linen service is provided during the summer season. The nightly rate mid-September through mid-May is $700, including linens (A $50 per night credit is given if guests provide their own linens). Specialty and holiday weekends may carry a premium.
