Guests should notify us of special needs or preferences when reservations are made. How far in advance do I need to make reservations? We are open year round, including Thanksgiving and Christmas. How far is it to New York City? About 1,250 miles! Where are you? We are right in the heart of Manhattan, KANSAS. Although we love speaking to the people who call us from all over the world (literally), we are sorry to disappoint them by telling them we are not in New York City. How far is it to Kansas State University? We are about 13 blocks from Kansas State University. Where do I park? Parking is available in the driveway on the front of the property, the street and off the alley behind the property. Are there phones in the rooms? Yes, every room has a phone and data port. There are also fax services on premise. Can I watch television? Absolutely! There is a large television in the living room exclusively for guest use. What is your cancellation policy?
