The Bobcat Inn serves such delicacies for breakfast as Three Cheese Enchiladas served with a Mild Spinach Green Chile Sauce topped with a Poached Egg. The hot entree' which changes daily is accompanied by a pastry, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal and granola. We also serve locally roasted coffee. Amy's approach to breakfast is always using the freshest ingredients available and at the same time being creative. She was a caterer in Santa Fe, NM for many years. She met her husband John in the American Culinary Federation Chapter here in Santa Fe. Amy prepares all of the breakfasts here at the BB and has a lot of fun doing it. Some of her other specialties are Stuffed French Toast with Cream Cheese and Walnuts served with a Warm Apricot Sauce, Scrambled Eggs with Calbacitas (a fresh squash and corn hash with green chile), and Blue Corn Blueberry Pancakes with Pecans with warm maple syrup. Amy always asks her guests about their dietary restrictions or likes and dislikes and tries to cater to everyone making the Inn a family friendly getaway. Almost everyone mentions the food in the BB's guest book. Cheese Enchiladas with Spinach Green Chile Sauce and Poached Egg. In the summer, guests and the general public can make reservations for afternoon tea, served in the beautiful garden on Saturdays from 2:00-5:00PM. Amy had a tea room in Texas as well as Vermont. It is one of the specialties of The Bobcat Inn. Price is included for guest and is $7.00 for non-guests. The tea consists of such delicacies as Roquefort and Cucumber Sandwich Points, finger sandwiches, scones, Fresh Fruit Compote with Poppy Seed Dressing, Miniature Espresso Brownies with Whipped Cream, Lady Fingers with Lemon Curd, etc. The tea menu changes weekly. Tea is a special time for guests and friends to visit and relax and enjoy themselves, and enjoy the old world ambience of The Bobcat Inn. We recently acquired two houses in the historic Eastside district of Santa Fe. Each home has been authentically restored to its original charm, providing the ideal setting for your Santa Fe getaway. Both of these New Mexico guesthouses are adobe with fireplaces, patios, and gardens. The health club is located on The Old Las Vegas Hwy. These two houses are for guests that would like to be within walking distance to Canyon Road and the Plaza. Casa Del Sol - Camino Del Monte Sol. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath house is located less than 2 blocks from Canyon Road, behind Geronimo Restaurant. This is the prime historic Eastside district of Santa Fe. The house nests beautiful gardens, all adobe architecture, and beautiful Southwest decor. Everything you need from pots and pans to an outdoor grill is included with this home. Drive south approximately 3 miles on Old Santa Fe Trail to Old Pecos Trail. When you come to the light at the frontage road to I-25, turn left. You are now on Old Las Vegas Hwy. Drive 4.4 miles and directly past the Bobcat Bite Cafe, the Inn is on the left. Watch for the small sign, drive up the hill on the paved drive and the BB is the first house. From the Albuquerque Airport: Take I-25 to Santa Fe. Exit #284 Old Pecos Trail. At stop sign, turn left. Drive over I-25. At first light turn right onto Old Las Vegas Hwy. Go 4.4 miles and the Bobcat Inn will be on your left, (we are directly past The Bobcat Bite Cafe). Go up the hill (to the right) on the paved drive and the BB is the first house.
