Fluffy Oven Eggs and Bacon Ingredients: 1/2 lb Bacon (about 12 slices) 1/2 cup Chopped Onion 1/2 cup Bisquick 3 Eggs 1-1/4 cups Milk 1/4 tsp Salt 1/8 tsp Pepper 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar or Swiss. Grease 1-1/2 qt. Round casserole. Cut bacon slices into thirds. Cook and stir bacon in 10 inch skillet over medium heat, until almost crisp. Add onion. Cook, stirring frequently, until bacon is crisp. Drain. Spread bacon and onion in bottom of casserole. Beat Bisquick, eggs, milk, salt and pepper with whisk or fork until smooth. Slowly pour egg mixture over bacon; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degree oven, uncovered, until knife inserted in
center comes out clean, about 35 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
Baked Pears Ingredients: 4 pears, halved, peeled and cored 1/4 tsp Cinnamon 1/8 tsp Nutmeg 4 Tbsps Butter, softened 4 Tbsps Brown sugar 2 cups cream, whipped or vanilla yogurt (optional). Place the pear halves in a greased pie plate, arranged like spokes with narrow ends pointed towards the
center. Sprinkle the pears with the cinnamon and nutmeg. Cover and set aside. In a small bowl combine the butter and brown sugar thoroughly, and then carefully spread the mixture over the pears. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm. Top with whipped cream or vanilla yogurt if you like. Serves 8.

breakfasts are served, you choose the time!! Enjoy such selections as: strawberry french toast, new potato and mushroom quiche, homemade muffins and fresh fruit dishes.
Easy Crustless Quiche Ingredients: 3 Eggs 1/3 cup margarine 1/2 cup Bisquick 1-1/2 cups Milk Dash of Salt and Pepper 1 cup Chopped Ham 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms 1 cup Shredded Cheddar 1 tsp Dried Minced Onion. Mix eggs, margarine, Bisquick, milk, salt and pepper in blender on low speed until mixed well (30-45 sec.) Pour blended mix into medium mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour into 9 inch greased pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

One Serving Cheese Puff Ingredients: 1-1/2 Slices of Buttered Bread 1 Egg 1/2 cup Milk 1/4 cup Grated Cheese Dash Onion Salt Dash Hot Sauce. Place bread buttered side down in a greased large custard cup. Mix rest of ingredients - pour over bread. Place custard cup on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes. Easy recipe to double, triple, whatever... sometimes I add chopped ham or crumbled bacon.
