The Adler hotel is located among picturesque wineyards on the peninsula of Tihany, only 1.5 km from the world famous village centre. The hotel is open for its guests from mid March till the end of October. For a great holiday you need a fine room, a lovely swimming pool and a savoury cuisine! The restaurant of the hotel is ideal for both la carte and half board guests. Enjoy the beautiful terrasse of the restaurant where you can choose from a wide range of Hungarian meals, fish specialities from the lake Balaton and other dishes as well! All these you can round off with great Hungarian wines, cooling cocktails, beer from the tap and other beverages. We offer a rich breakfast buffet. Half board guests can choose among A, B and C varieties (each of three-course) every evening. Chic rooms with modern comfort. The Adler hotel has 11 rooms and apartments with a sitting room and a bedroom, each with a shower and a toilet (Type A). There is a colour TV and a noiseless fridge in every room and apartment. With your own hand regulable air conditioning is available for extra costs. For families (4 to 6 persons) we have two large appartements (70m2) each consisting of a living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a big terrasse (Type B). The hotel has an own protected parking place. The use of the swimming pool and of the sunbathing terrasse is free of charge for hotel guests. Our fine sauna can be used for extra costs. The road to the lake Balaton (ca. 12 minutes on foot) is a pleasant walk even for children. There are several well-groomed beaches as well as sailing, surfing and tennis playing possibilities nearby. The environment and the lake invite you for boat trips, walks and horse riding in a beautiful ambience. The open-air theatre of the village Tihany entertains its guests with several performances during the peak season. You can listen to orgel concerts in the breathtaking nine hundred years old abbey and visit a great number of exhibitions of art and craft. The surroundings hide an abundance of sights and interesting spots for tourists. Only 8 km from our hotel a brand new acqua park with thermal spa has just opened!
