Cruising in Copenhagen. Sex in public is not considered a severe criminal act. Act discreetly, and you behaviour will be accepted, as the police do not actively reinforce the law. There are only a few cases where gay men have been charged and only for beeing overtly exhibitionist. The main cruising place is rstedsparken, situated between Nrre voldgade and Nrre farimagsgade. Some would say that there is a lot of sex happening here. You will find bird boxes with condoms and lubricant inside situated several places in the park. There is also cruising during daytime, primarily in the public toilets, but the park is most active after dark.
