IGS BV adheres to the following cancellation polis: (a) If the booking is cancelled more than 28 days in advance of the check-in date, then the booking fee will be returned. (b) If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days in advance of the check-in date, then the booking fee will be returned, less 25% of the total amount. (c) If the booking is cancelled less than 21 days in advance of the check-in date, then the booking fee will be returned, less 50% of the total amount. (d) If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days in advance of the check-in date or the tenant does not show up for check-in, the full amount will be charged for the entire period as originele booked. A partial refund may be made, in the event that the apartment is re-let for a period overlapping with the original reservation. (e) Refunds will not be made for cancellations after the check-in date in any circumstances.
