The full receptive capacity of the Grand Hotel Park is 248 rooms, 156 of them and 6 suites in the Hotel and 86 rooms in the Villas. All the rooms are with Sat TV, mini bar, telephone, hairdryer and air-conditioning. The rooms in the four-star Park Hotel (****) have balcony, half of them with sea-view, and the other half overlooking the Lapad peninsula and the park. All our accommodation spaces are air-conditioned. The suites dispose of a completely arranged kitchen with a sitting-room and a bathroom with jJacuzzi tub. In the newly arranged four-star Villas (****) you will enjoy the modern italian-design interior and the exterior with antique stone villas.

Grand Hotel Park consists of a four-star (****) hotel and two reconstructed four-star (****) villas close to the main hotel building. Reception, restaurant, aperitif-bar, congress halls, indoor swimming pool, fitness, massage, sauna and other facilities are located in the hotel. Between the Hotel and the Villas there is a large outdoor swimming pool with bar, and in front of the Hotel there is the hotel private parking lot, free of charge for hotel guests. The Grand Hotel Park has congress halls: Blue Room seating 220 persons (theatre style), Talir - 60 persons (theatre style), Romana 30 persons (theatre style), and the Cocktail Salon - 60 persons (theatre style).
