Guesthouse Accommodation If you are staying just a couple of hours (?) or a few months, you can be sure of a friendly welcome with us. We have 11 letting rooms above Anna Jet bar and would put ourselves in the. budget (see prices) category but think we have everything you need to make your stay a success. en-suite facilities including hot water showers air-conditioning with additional ceiling fans - so you don't need to run the air-conditioning all night cable TV - around 50 channels, including 4-5 with English language movies and 2-4 with news. Also channels in Russian, French, German, Italian, Chinese and Indian. free Wi-Fi access. We use 802.11b and g. Please check compatibility with your equipment and understand in-room safe (air-con rooms only) solid walls - forget your impressions from that movie The Beach! No guest fees - watch out, many places can charge as much as 800 baht to have a guest stay with you. Most of the rooms have small balconies. Room sizes vary but we cannot book specific rooms. If you are staying more than a few days then we will normally be able to arrange a room change after a couple of nights. We also have a laundry...so you really can travel lightthey will also do minor repairs if you ask. To be fairsome things you should understand: The furnishing is basic, no frills - each room is clean, bright and has a double bed, a TV, safe, wardrobe and fridge - what you need, but little else! We are a Guesthouse, not a Hotel, we don't provide room-service (although some of our Ladies can be very accommodating) or 24 hour reception / security - so please don't ask for an early morning call at 6 am! We don't have a restaurant - within a couple of minutes walk you can have a full English Breakfast for 68 baht and enjoy Italian, Indian, Chinese, Norwegian, English, Mexican, Austrian, Belgian and of course Thai food. Next door we have a 24hr '7-11' for all those little essentials that crop up at 4 in the morning! We are in the center of one of the world's most lively nightspots - things don't die down until after 1 am - so if you like to get your beauty sleep early then we are probably not your sort of place. Whilst we keep an eye on who comes and goes and lock the outside door after the bar closes (you have a key), we don't attempt to interfere with anyone's choice of companion - so we strongly advise you use the in-room safe. For your security we use CCTV on the access stairs - if you have a problem then we can recall around 5 days of recordings. Wi-Fi is available in all the rooms. This connects to a DSL line. We have no control over the quality or availability of the DSL service. Remember, the more users then the slower the access times. In order to ensure ease of use we have not enabled encription - so you should not use the system for sensitive date (eg. Home Banking). Our staff are not IT support personnel - we use WI-Fi certificated b and g on Channel 6 - further than that we can't help! We also provide additional free security lockers with access from the bar (normally from 09.30 - 03.00) - ideal for a Lap-top or anything else too big to put in the in-room safe. If you have made a booking or simply want to try your luck then print the

running into Low Season now - but we still had a lot of fun - and with our largest ever staff list - around 60 girls! (9/6/08). a huge set - but we had a lot of fun! The music is my memory of this Songkran - it's the best new tune I've heard for ages - but I know nothing about it! Anyone know who mixed it? By the way - I've just discovered: if you want to save one of the pictures then simply left click on the picture when it comes up on teh slidesho and the picture will open in a new window. Incidentially you will also get the url so you can link to it on forums or whatever. (29/4/08) is particularly good this year - just a quick chance to see them before they get whisked back to the village by sponsors. (13/4/08). Bits and pieces from the Bar in March. Hopefully the slide-show will work better - please let me know. You should have a big picture and then a line of thumbnails below that. Slideshow controls are part of that line. Try the far right - you should get a full screen version. If you hover your mouse at the bottom of the main picture the controls for the music player will appear - together with the title of the music. (24/3/08). North West Thailand and Chiang Mai. We had 7 days away - first time either of us have ever been in the North. No girlie pictures or anything to do with the bar. (7/3/08). Peter's Birthday '08. Once again we have used the Marine Photographer - but they were so boring I took a few the next day! (4/3/08). A big set - hope it makes up for being a bit late! No captions - sorry - too busy! The music is a roll-back with Prince. (14/2/08). Something of a catch up - 4 weeks out of the bar and they managed only about 3 pictures in focus! Finally was back on Christmas Eve - although still need to go to bed around 11.30pm! So we've called this. Yet another format - think this is it now - should be, I paid $25! (7/1/07). We started in the Cotswolds, down to London and then Paris, Venice and the Vento. Just over 3 weeks and were both exhausted! 1400 pictures! Here's 30 odd! Trying a new viewer, but can't get the music to play - so hum Handel's Overture to Messiah will you, please? (26/11/07). A very busy few days! As always, we asked the Photographer from Marine to come and take pictures - he has a very different style from me and I decided not to adjust his shots maybe you prefer them. So you have a mix between us. Thank you to all who managed to come along and to those that sent mesages. Music is a re-mix of Lady in Red. (7/10/07). Parties for Meaw, Tat and Jan. Music: When I first lived in Pattaya we used to spend to many mornings in the old 'Boom' disco - I think I aged 5 years in 6 months. This was a favourite - and we still play it! 'Come into my Life' (19/9/07). Birthdays for Noi and Lek. A few old friends visiting. Music is. and even worse... it's in French! Desenchantee Dance Remix with Kate Ryan. I love this and if you aren't jigging around at around 2 mins in - you will have to join John in the early evening! (Follow the link to understand this!) (17/8/07). Low season, generally agreed to be the lowest on record - come on you guys - support the Black Economy - give the cash to us rather than the government! We are still enjoying ourselves however. Our music this month is harder than normal - early morning stuff - it was 7 minutes long but I've tried to give you the essence. 2005 Trance is still alive: Red Moonshine (Trance version) - DJ Gee and Slam Dunk Funk (how do they choose these stupid names?). April ended very sadly - with one of our customers dying with a stroke. Marie was full of life and we all had a great time together. We wish Steve and her family our condolences. With Steve's permission, the first picture of this set is of the two of them. She loved the bar and would, I'm sure, have enjoyed viewing this set. The music? When Fleetwood Mac released Rumours it took us all by storm. 30 years on... and a re-mix. Once again - no idea who mixed it: Dream. It's 9 minutes long so I've cropped and speeded it up. (25/05/07). Love it or hate it - it happens every year and each year at Anna Jet it gets to be more fun! The music? Highly inappropriate for the first few slides but I guess you could call it one of Pattaya's anthems! (23/4/07). About time we saw some girls! The music is a track from a CD the DJ's in Marine made for me as a birthday present of the stuff they knew I liked. We didn't know it's name or the artist but Keen Punter from the UKBBK.com board kindly told me it's Kiss You by iio. (4/4/07). In the lull between High Season and Songram we like to get away - this time to Siam Reap (Cambodia) to look at the Ankor temples. Again, no girls so only bother if you are interested in SE Asia! (18/3/07). Peter's birthday '07: A great evening - thanks to all that came. Once again we asked the photographer from Marine to come and take the main pictures. Trying an experiment using the new Adobe Lightroom product - but the result really demands a broadband connection so you have choices: (you can save this) or and a trial of adding music - you should allow IE explorer to run the Active X control.(This still requires some work). Lastly - my preferred version. full screen, music. I'll be very interested in your feed back - I save some time but it adds significantly to the download. (28/2/07). birthdays for Jong, Mam and Ooy (16/2/07). A long and very enjoyable night (I think) (8/01/07). Standing room only I'm afraid. We all had a great time and went on until gone 5am. No time for captions - it's New Year's Eve! (31/12/06). Birthdays for Nooch and Apple. New girls in the run-up to Christmas/New Year. (29/12/06). Frank, Eric and Bob's party. These guys asked us to put on a party. (18/12/06). The Party with no hosts. A couple of English guys came in and asked us to hold a party for them and paid a deposit. Then never actually turned up! Well we are looking forward to when they pay the balance but had a great time all the same! And it gives you a chance to look at some of the best girls we've had for ages. (17/12/06). Montydog and Fussy's 2nd trip. These 2 guys were over during November - and hit upon the idea of letting the girls take their own pictures. We had so many up-skirt shots that we could have started a specialist web site! Only one made it through the editing process. So the copyright of these shots is uncertain! No commentry I'm afraid - no time - unless the lads want to submit some.(8/12/06). a weekend in the Isaan - no girlie shots so probably not worth viewing unless you are interested in another side of Thailand (22/11/06). a 60's Party and Halloween.(11/11/06). Standing room only! A great night and for the first time we nearly broke even! Again we asked the photographer from Marine to come and help so files with IMG in the title are by him. (10/10/06). Birthdays for Tat, Jeab and a few more. (2/10/06) parties from August. Note, we are trying something new this month - you can vote for one of 4 of the girls. (31/8/06) but we are still having fun, with some lovely new faces.(30/7/06). Wee and French John's parties. Two separate parties (18/06/06). Another shared party. Jon was one of our 'hansom men from last summer...back for his 3 visit. His dad and Ali will be here early June to join him! (26/5/06). Montydog and Fussy's party. These 2 shared a party - they are old Thailand Hands and run a web board from England...look them up on. early May: just a few snaps of the girls (17/5/06). A couple of years since we had any of thesesome from the village and some from Anna Jet. they don't really do the festival justice - but I'm scared stiff of soaking the camera! (8/5/06). We had a great holiday - 2 weeks in Rajastan and then down to Mumbai. Over 1000 pictures - we chose 77 for this - probably chose badly! These are pure holiday snaps - so if you don't know us or aren't interested in India - don't bother! (10/4/06). A Friday party in March we have...
