Villa Micika is one of your best choices for a comfortable holiday in Dubrovnik. We are open throughout the year, and during the Christmas and Easter holidays. The Villa is suitable for both business people and tourists alike. It is situated in a quiet area of Dubrovnik, known as Lapad, surrounded by palm trees and other Mediterranean vegetation. It is only 200 m from the main beach and 10 m from the tennis courts. There are seven 3-star rooms from 12-15m2. There are 5 double and 2 triple-bed rooms, which can accommodate 16 persons. The building stands alone and is two-storeyed. All the rooms have a view of the wonderful green landscape, and they are equipped with a bathroom, shower cabin, WC, TV, central heating and air-condition in all of the rooms. A common terrace is available to all, and the grounds contain an off-road parking for your car. There is also a safe for your valuables. There is a special offer for groups and families, with a max. of 8 persons on Floor I and 8 persons on Floor II.

There are 31 settlements and 47,004 inhabitants located over a total area of 143.35 km2, with an average population density of 328 / km2. Climate The geographical position of this region is typically Mediterranean, with mild and damp winters, and hot humid summers (2,600 sunny hours). The annual average rainfall is 1,250 mm. Here, the summer manors stand out especially, more or less preserved cultural monuments that were built by the Dubrovnik aristocracy from the XV to the end of the XVIII century. Rijeka Dubrovacka is made up of a number of settlements, and is 7 km away from Dubrovnik. Trsteno is famous for its two 500 year old, gigantic Asiatic plane trees, protected monuments of nature, which are centraly located alongside the source. The abundant source of fresh water has ensured that Trsteno has lush, green vegetation, both natural and cultivated. The renowned Arboretum of the Croatian Academy of Arts and Sciences, which was established on the summer estate of the Dubrovnik aristocratic family Guceti-Gozze, is famous for its rich and ancient collection of cultivated and exotic tree species and various plants spread throughout a Renaissance park dating to the 15th century. The chronicles tell us how it had 2 monasteries, 30 churches and a significant number of summer manors and palaces at the end of the XVI century, of which only a small portion remains. Touristically, Lopud is the most developed island in the Elaphite Archipelago. The settlement of Lopud is one of the most frequented of island places. The mild Mediterranean climate, the lush Mediterranean and sub-tropical vegetation cypress, lemon, orange, pine and palm trees, the numerous beautiful beaches (Sunj), as well as the pleasant walks along the shoreline, contribute to making Lopud an exceptionally attractive destination. KOLOCEP ISLAND is the smallest settled island in the Elaphite Archipelago. It has a surface area of 2.35m2 and is 3 Nm northwest of Dubrovnik. The island is made up of limestone and dolomite rock. There are no water sources or streams, and only subterranean waters are used. There are two settlements on the island with sandy and pebbly beaches, Gornje and Donje Celo, which offer excellent conditions for the enjoyment of a clear and clean sea.
