Two bedroom with out screened/glassed in porch. $495.00 per week for up to 4 people $445.00 per week for up to 4 people. Please call for nightly rates. Charge for over four people: $20.00 per night per person. Children under 5 no extra charge. With weekly rental you have use of paddle boat. We require $100.00 deposit on all reservations at time of booking. Sorry no refunds. We Accept Visa Mastercard. RV Sites: full hook-ups (water, electric, and sewer). About our Campground Lake. We have a small campground for RV's over looking the lake. The campgound has full hook-ups (water,electric,and sewer). Some in wooded area and some with lawn area. Jackson Brook Lake is a small lake of 700 acres and from Jackson Brook Lake you can port into Drake Lake which is about the same size. The lakes are great small mouth Bass Fishing and White Perch. If it is Trout or salmon fishing your looking for, we are 8 miles from East Grand Lake, the best trout and salmon fishing in the area. Whether it's fishing,swimming,canoeing,water skiing you will find it at Jackson Brook Lake.

Cottages have two bedrooms, (1 double bed, 2 twin beds, and a set of bunkbeds). All bedding and towels are furnished. All of our units have a picture window facing the lake. Each cottage has a picnic table and grill for your enjoyment.
