On the shore of Espoonlahti, only 25 kilometres from downtown Helsinki, along Ring Road III. Majvik is a sure choice for meetings, training sessions, conventions and celebratory events. Events organised at Majvik are well-planned and unique occasions building on smooth arrangements, care for the customer and sensation-providing settings. There are 100 hotel rooms in Majvik. 77 single rooms and 21 double rooms. Beds together are 130. Majvik also has three suites, one of them is located in the castle itself and two on the seashore. Two of the rooms are suitable for handicapped individuals. With extra beds, we can accommodate 200 persons.

Completed in 2004, the Congress Hall is a well-lit, spacious and versatile conference and banqueting hall downstairs in Majvik’s main building. The single room that the Congress Hall consists of is achieved by moving the walls of three of the lecture rooms. The Congress Hall is extremely versatile so it can be easily adapted for various types of events. The Congress Hall is equipped with modern conference equipment. Majvik has several lecture rooms that are equipped with modern AV equipment and some twenty smaller conference rooms. The Tower Room is located on the top floor of the tower of the main building, above the Tower Cabinet. The ceilings in the Tower Room are higher than normal and the room has conical windows, which is typical of towers. There is room for 25 individuals in the Tower Room. The Tower Cabinet is located in the tower of the main building. The Tower Cabinet is well lit and the view out its large windows is spectacular. There is room for 25 individuals in the Tower Cabinet.

Majvik's spacious and well-lit dining room can hold 240 diners. The dining room can be divided up into separate cabinets. Cabinet 1 can hold 30 persons and Cabinet 2, 50. The cabinets can be joined together to hold 80 persons. The other end of the dining room, in the tower, has a round section that be used to create a pleasant evening for 40 individuals. Majvik's Lobby Bar, which has a billiards table, etc., is a good place to continue entertaining in the evenings. In the Lobby Bar, you can dance in time to the beat of the music. Smokers have their own separate area. The Lobby Bar can accommodate approximately 70 customers. Pehtoori is a cabinet rich in atmosphere for theme nights or other types of entertainment. Decorations and music for the cabinet are planned so they match the theme that night. Pehtoori is suitable for Christmas parties and other types of small-scale events. Pehtoori has room for 60 individuals.

Three of Majvik’s saunas are beach saunas. Beach sauna: Our traditional beach sauna is located right on the seashore. At the end of the pier, you can jump in the water for a swim. Ten or so persons can fit in the beach sauna. Cottage sauna: The large cottage sauna has room for 20 persons. The comfortable fireplace room also acts as the dressing room. The cottage sauna can also be used as a group work facility for Artturi, the lecture hall above it. Roope Sauna: The Roope Sauna is located below the lecture room Emma. There is a conference cabinet for 12 in conjunction with the sauna as well as a room, e.g., for dining. Roope can hold 15 people at a time. Larger groups can fit in the sauna in Majvik’s main building. There are separate saunas for men and women that can hold 40 persons and the comfortable fireplace room provides pleasant settings for being together. If you would like, it is also possible to dine in conjunction with the sauna. There is also a swimming pool. The hotel building also has a smaller 15-person sauna in conjunction with the swimming pool. The smart stove in the sauna warms up in a split second.
