Cancellation Policy-Deposits. To confirm your reservation, a deposit of one night's stay is required in advance. For longer stays, a 50% deposit is accepted at the time of booking. This is accomplished by calling us with your credit card number, or by sending us a check. If you must cancel or shorten your reservation, and can do so a full two weeks before your arrival date, we will gladly refund your deposit. (Deposits for reservations canceled less than 14 days prior to arrival, are refundable only if your room can be re-rented.). If you must depart earlier than expected, we must still charge for all the night's reserved. If cancellation becomes necessary on your day of arrival, no deposit will be able to be refunded. Cancellations are refunded the 3rd week of September. All cancellations are subject to a $25 bookkeeping fee. For the comfort and safety of our guests, all rooms are non-smoking.
