Those who eat well, work well. Danish proverb. Great food and beverage is a very important ingredient to a successful conference, golf trip or hotel stay. That is why we at Asljungagarden have put in a lot of effort to compose a menu of a very high standard. It is common to be served typical Swedish food for lunch and for dinner you might be served something based on the season (mousse, wild boar, deer, reindeer or fish). Lunch is served from a buffet and consists of a large salad buffet, Soup of the day (certain time of the year), and a main course. Dinner consists of a three-course meal and is served at the table unless otherwise agreed upon. All of our bread, cakes and cookies are baked in our own bakery! We can also arrange a picnic basket if you wish to bring your coffee outside. The variation of food is wide here at Asljungagarden but we never vary the quality! We promise you a great food- and beverage experience during your stay here with us. We are more than happy to help you arrange your wedding, birthday party or bachelor/bachelorette party. Earlier we mentioned the very inspiring surroundings at Asljungagarden. It contributes a lot to the success of a meeting or conference, but of course it needs to be accompanied by other, more technical possibilities. We have five conference rooms and six group rooms, all of different size and layout. The smallest room fits about 6-8 people and the biggest room seats about 80 people. All conference rooms have standard equipment and most of them are also equipped with PC-projectors and DVD-players. We can help arrange most anything technical you need for your conference, as long as we are told in advance. All meeting rooms have direct daylight and most of them have air-condition. Asljungagarden is conveniently located in the north-western part of Skane (Scania), in the midst of many beautiful golf courses. We co-operate with nine courses, all of which are located within approximately 30 kilometres. The mild southern climate gives golfers the opportunity to a long season. So, pack your bag and get an early start to golfing this year. Or be the last ones to enjoy a golf weekend in late October! Our golf package is one of the best deals in southern Sweden. In the price is included accommodation in a double room, a three course dinner, breakfast buffet and one greenfee (we help you book the tee-time). After a day at the golf course, you come back to the hotel and maybe play some pool, throw some darts or limper up your joints in the sauna. Maybe just relax in front of the fire place with a drink? The demand for activities during conferences and business meetings has increased significantly the last couple of years. Most companies have realized that the combination of the theoretical and physical exercises increases the value of the meeting and with that also the result from it. Here at Asljungagarden we can arrange several different activities that we help you fit in to your, often busy, schedule. It could be, for an example, simple Walk Talks, when the bigger group divides into smaller ones and go out in the beautiful surroundings for brainstorming and discussions. We are happy to help you find a trail that suits your need. We have activities, both arranged at the hotel but also through external companies nearby. You will find suggestions of these if you go into the. Those of you that do not wish to book an organized activity can still enjoy a lot of things that Asljungagarden can offer outside the walls of the meeting room. As mentioned before, we have many trails on the property, boule, a putting-green and a chipping area. We are new owners of Asljungagarden from the summer of 2006. We are a family with different backgrounds that have joined forces and now will run the hotel together. Our prior experience within the hotel- and restaurant businesses come mostly from big chains but also from family-run hotels such as this one. To take over a small and personal hotel such as Asljungagarden is truly a pleasure. We now really get the opportunity to go back to the core of the hotel business; to have time and take care of each individual guest.
