Prices in SEK and EUR (includes breakfast, sheets and towels) 2007. 1 pers per night, several nights. 2 people per night, several nights. The 2-bed chalets are equipped with a fridge, a wash basin and cold water. You have your own toilet and shower in the annexe. (Hence the lower price). The 4-bed chalets have toilet and shower en suite, plus a fridge and sink unit. Every chalet has its own outdoor furniture. Four-bed chalets are also available for occupation by two people.
Sknes Tourist Bureau, publishes two brochures about Skne. The one describes some of the fantastic experiences to be had here. The other is purely factual, giving prices, opening hours, addresses, etc. These are also available in German, English and Danish. From Skateholms Pensionat it is just 8 kilometres to Smygehuk, the southernmost tip of Sweden. The old town of Ystad (23 kilometres) is a fantastic summer town with its well preserved mediaeval areas. And if the mood takes you, you can take a day trip by boat from Ystad to the Danish island of Bornholm. Beyond Ystad there is the region called sterlen, famed for its beauty and full of interesting sights. Other sights include the castles, our unique gardens, the ever-changing landscape, art exhibitions in outdoor settings and, of course, the food. Specialities from Skne can be bought at the many farm shops and are served in the local restaurants. If you like swimming and sunbathing, we can offer you 300 kilometres of beaches! Welcome to Skateholms Pensionat, situated midway between Ystad and Trelleborg on the south coast of Sweden, south of main road number 9. We offer accommodation in small chalets in our quiet shady grounds. Breakfast is served at your chalet at whatever time you choose.
You can choose either a four-bed or a two-bed chalet. The chalets, each with its own outdoor furniture, are set in our shady grounds. We are open from the middle of May to beginning of September. Breakfast (included in the price) is brought to your chalet at whatever time you wish. There are a couple of restaurants along the main road in the neighbourhood. There are no longer rooms for rent in the main building, we accomodate You with chalets set in the garden instead.
There are 60 golf courses in Skne. The closest to us is just 3 kilometres away.
