Pool sauna included in rent throughout the season. If you don't have your own sheets and towels you can rent them at our reception
desk for SEK 70 per set. There are quilts and
pillows in all cabins. Cabins with a
shower and
WC (1-14, 53-86, 90-99, w7-w28) all have hot and cold water, a fully equipped
kitchenette, a
refrigerator and a
coffee percolator as well as cleaning items and a vacuum cleaner. Type 1 cabins (59-64, 73-79) and house trailer (7-28) also have a microwave oven. Type 5 and 6 cabins (15-18, 41-52, 65-72) all have cold water, a fully equipped
kitchenette including a
refrigerator and a
coffee percolator. A vacuum cleaner can be borrowed at reception. Other cleaning items are in the cabin. There is a
shower and a
WC in shared facilities nearby. Type 7 and 8 cabins (101-112) a
refrigerator, a
coffee percolator and enough
kitchen equipment to prepare
breakfast and snacks. No water in the cabins. A vacuum cleaner can be borrowed at reception. Other cleaning items are in the cabin. There is a
shower and a
WC in shared facilities nearby. All cabins have outdoor
furniture and
cable TV. The cabin is vacated during the cabin inspection round between 8 a.m. and 12 noon. The inspection time is booked at reception when checking in. Guests clean the cabins prior to vacating the site. Alternatively, you can pay for cleaning: SEK 500 for a cabin with a
shower/
WC, SEK 400 for a cottage without a
WC, and SEK 700 for a house trailer. If you require cleaning prior to leaving, you must book it at reception no later than 2 days before you vacate the site. If you book it later than this, there is a SEK 100 surcharge for staff planning. We charge SEK 900 if the cabin is vacated without inspection, and the cleaning has not been approved. Dogs are allowed in cabins 21-26, 65-73, 78-81, 86, 101-106, and W4, W11 andW12. We expect you to ensure you do not allow dogs into the other cabins. You have access to the cabin from 3.00 p.m. and can vacate it between 8.00 a.m. and 12.00. For camping, the
24-hour period commences at 12.00 noon. There are
laundry rooms in the three facility buildings. One can be booked in advance, while tokens are used for the other two. Book your time or purchase tokens at reception. There are
baby care
rooms in the yellow building. There is a changing board in facility building 5, and another next to the
TV room (Masen
Restaurant). The area includes two
grill places (one near the beach and one next to the white facility building). Single-use
grills can be bought in the
shop. You are allowed to
grill next to the cabins, but please use the stone hearth in order to protect grass and trees. Reception are only too pleased to help you if you require information on activities and local places of interest. Ekerum Camping Cabins offers a wide range of services including the fully licensed Masen
Restaurant, a pizzeria, our own bakery, a clothes
shop, a
cafe including a
poolside bar, a grocery
shop, and a lot of activities. The range is widest between the first week in June and the first week in August. Campers need to present a valid Scandinavia camping card. We can provide or renew a card when you arrive. We do not recognise international camping cards. How to find us. After crossing the Oland bridge, continue 20 km north on road 136 in the direction of Borgholm. North of Ralla village and Ekerum

When the booking is binding: A booking fee of SEK 60 is charged. For the booking to be valid, the booking fee, together with part payment, must be paid no later than 14 days after the time of booking. Any cancellation insurance is also paid when the booking is made. Payment: Part payment is normally 20% of the total amount excluding the booking fee and cancellation insurance. The minimum amount is SEK 500. If the total price of the booking is less than SEK 500, the entire amount is paid 14 days after the booking is made. The final payment is to be made 30 days prior to arrival. If the cabin is booked less than 7 weeks prior to arrival, a single invoice only is automatically dispatched. Cancellation: (Booking fee cancellation insurance are not reimbursed) Cancellation earlier than 30 days prior to arrival: Without cancellation insurance. The entire amount of rent amount excl. an administration fee of SEK 500 is reimbursed. Including cancellation insurance. The entire amount of rent is reimbursed. Cancellation later than 30 days before arrival: The entire amount of rent excl. a cancellation fee of SEK 200. This applies up to one day prior to arrival. Cancellation insurance: Cancellation insurance SEK 150 You can choose to have financial insurance for a possible cancellation. The reason for the cancellation must not be known at the time of booking. A) Death, illness, or a serious accident which you, your spouse, partner, family or co-traveller sharing the same cabin sustain(s). B) Being called up by the military or civil defence. C) Damage caused by water or fire, or some other damage to one's own residence. The reason for the cancellation must be proven through a doctor's certificate, a government call-up certificate, an insurance company certificate or a similar certificate. If a valid reason is not given, there is no payment. Cabin /house trailer: The guest is obligated to clean the cabin themselves when vacating the site. If any damage has been done to the cabin, or if any equipment has been lost or damaged during the guest's stay, then the guest is liable to pay compensation for any such damage or loss. Checking in takes place from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 6.00 p.m., we would like you to inform reception. Checking out and inspection of the cabin/house trailer takes place between 8.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon on the day of departure. When checking in, the guest is to book a time for the inspection of the cabin. The inspection time can be changed up to one day prior to departure. Rules of conduct: We apply rules of conduct which Nordic camping organisations have adopted. These are displayed at reception. Infringements of the rules of conduct may result in the guest being asked to leave the site. Alcoholic
drinks may only be consumed in or adjacent to the cabin or the house trailer, or at the camping area. Insurance: The guest herself/himself is to provide the cover which she/he considers necessary, such as third
party, accident or luggage insurance. If the guest has checked in using a Scandinavian camping card, the family is covered by accident insurance for accidents which might be sustained in the area. Please enquire at reception. Site owner's responsibility: The camp, house trailer and cabin site is responsible for any damage which might be sustained through the owner's proven negligence or by staff employed by the owner within the framework of their work duties. The camp, house trailer and cabin site is not responsible for damage sustained by a non-guest or another guest, nor for damage outside the control of the camp, house trailer and cabin site, such as a natural disaster.
