Residents, and their guests, may choose to have dinner in the stylish candlelit dining room which is also open, subject to availability, to non-residents. We offer a three course set dinner priced at £35.00 per person. With notice we are very pleased to cater for special dietary requirements. Eyemouth scallops crusted with parmesan and a hint of curry with rigatoni, cauliflower puree and a fresh salsa. Squab in a Morel sauce with Pommes Anna, with grilled Serrano ham, sweet potato flavoured with coriander and glazed chicory. Mango and raspberry terrine in a passion fruit jelly.
