Easter Cottage has been awarded four gold stars for excellent facilities and services. The cottage is approximately 350 years old, with beamed ceilings in many rooms. All our rooms are comfortable and spacious. There are two bedrooms with plenty of space to relax. All rooms also have free access to our wireless internet connection and we can provide a network card for laptops if required. The family room This room is approximately ten metres long, partially divided by a stone chimney breast which offers some privacy. The double room The double bedroom with en-suite facilities is downstairs making it more convenient for the less abled. Breakfast Times can be flexible to suit the individual and are served in our breakfast room. We prepare full Scottish breakfasts on the Aga including an appealing vegetarian option. There is a wide selection of herbal and fruit teas, together with coffee, tea, and fruit juices. Two pubs in the village provide dinners and refreshments within short walking distance. Travel cot and highchair can be provided on request.

Seven miles from Melrose, Selkirk and Hawick, just an hour from Edinburgh and Newcastle Airports. For your enjoyment flasks of pure spring water from our private well are provided in your room. Our half acre garden will be a haven for you, to relax and enjoy the quiet peacefulness of the Scottish Borders.
