Extra person in room is an additional $25.00. A deposit by check to cover the first night's stay is required within 7 days from the time of making the reservation. We do not accept credit cards for any payments at Yardarm Village Inn. If you are celebrating a special occasion, please let us know. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival will guarantee a refund of deposit less a $20.00 fee. From the south: 1 1/2 hours from Boston, Rt. 95 North to the York Ogunquit Exit #7. Exit right to stop light. Turn left on route 1 North, go 7 miles to Ogunquit Maine, turn right after the Ogunquit Playhouse on Bourne Lane. Turn right at stop sign, travel approximately 1/4 mile, bear right at the entrance to Perkin's Cove, continuing south on Shore Road. We are a short distance from there on the right past Pine Hill North at the corner of Yardarm Way. From the north: 40 minutes from Portland, Rt. 95 south to Wells Exit #19. Left onto Rt. 109 to end.
