Motel Rooms You'll rest easy in our spacious air conditioned units featuring digital cable TV, direct dial phone,mini refrigerator, full bath with shower, two double beds, electric heat, sitting area and wall to wall carpeting. We also offer morning coffee. Suites You may also stay in our air conditions suites. Both units offer full kitchen, living dining areas and sleeps five. The upper suite, pictured right, has one bedroom, one and a half baths, and a beautiful view over looking Ogunquit beach. The lower suite has two bedrooms and one full bath. Along with a day at the beach some of the highlights of your stay might include a walk along Ogunquit's shoreline footpath, the Marginal Way, leading you to picturesque Perkins Cove for shopping, dining, or to board a deep-sea fishing vessel or take a scenic boat ride. Spend an afternoon playing golf or tennis and an evening at the famed Ogunquit Playhouse. All is within convenient walking distance or ride one of Ogunquit's turn of the century trolleys.
Heading North: on 95, take York/Ogunquit Exit 7 (last exit before toll). At light take a left heading north on Rt. 1. Follow 7 miles to Ogunquit center. Take wide right onto Beach Street (not a sharp right). We are the third property on the right. Heading South: on 95, take Wells Exit 2. At light take a left onto Rt. 109. At next light take a right onto Rt. 1 South. Follow 7 miles into Ogunquit center. Take a sharp left onto Beach Street. We are the third property on the right.
To guarantee your accommodations, a deposit of one night's lodging (for motel) or two nights lodging (for suite) is required with each reservation. All deposits must be received within 7 days of reservation being made. Balance due upon arrival. All cancellations (for length of stay or portion of) must be received 2 days (for motel) or 7 days (for suite) prior to confirmed arrival for a guaranteed refund of deposit less a $15.00 processing fee.
