Located on 6 acres, Bourne's Motel has 46 rooms in three buildings. Our newest addition, has rooms with either One Queen size bed, One King size bed or One King size suite. All of our rooms are non-smoking. Our other buildings have rooms with either two Queen size, or two Double size beds. All rooms have individually controlled heat and air-conditioning, color cable TV, and refrigerators. We have a heated outdoor pool along with a new heated indoor pool, and are located within a 5 minute walk of the Footbridge Beach. Sorry, No pets are allowed. to view a full list of our amenities.

Bourne's Motel is located one mile north of the center of Ogunquit, Maine on Route 1. We are on the trolley route and only a five minute walk to the beautiful Footbridge Beach, North end of Ogunquit Beach. All rooms are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. We have three accommodating buildings, the 200, with Queen and King sized beds with 2 Queen sized beds with 2 Double sized beds. In these buildings we also have King sized suites. You can get information about the suites in the. On the grounds is an outdoor swimming pool for those hot days and an indoor pool for the rainy days. While at Bourne's Motel, enjoy beautiful Ogunquit beach. The beach is just a five minute walk from the motel. Entrance to the beach is over the Footbridge, built in the late 40's to allow visitors easy access to the beach. Catch the trolley across the street and venture to the center of Ogunquit and take advantage of the many shops and restaurants in the area. Also while in Ogunquit, visit Perkins Cove, take a tour and see how lobsters are caught or just enjoy the view. From Perkins Cove, you may walk back to town along the Marginal Way, a 1.5 mile walk along the rocky coastline of Maine. For the kids, there are amusement parks, water parks, mini golf and other fun spots. Come and join us for relaxation, sun and surf! Driving from the South: Take Interstate 95N into Maine and get off on Exit 7, the York/Ogunquit exit (Last Exit before Toll). At the intersection of Route 1, go north approximately 8 miles to the center of Ogunquit. Bourne's Motel is located 1 mile north of the center of Ogunquit on the Ocean (right) side. Driving from the North: Take the Maine Turnpike South to Exit 19, the Wells/Sanford exit. At the intersection of Route 109, go left (east) approximately 2 miles to the intersection of Route 1. We require the rate of one night's stay plus tax as a deposit. On all reservations there is a 72 hour cancelation policy. There is a 10% fee on all cancelations before the 72 hours. If the reservation is canceled within the 72 hours, the deposit is relinquished. No smoking and no pets in the room. $50 minimum fee for either infraction. Check in time is at 2:00 pm. Check out time is at 10:30 am. No late check outs available. Failure to check out at a reasonable time will be charged an extra night.
