The Hotel Sveti Kriz (Saint Cross) is a three star hotel set by the sea, surrounded by the pine forest in the vicinity of the Saint Cross church. It is located on the north-east side of the island of Ciovo, overlooking the beach. The island is connected to the mainland with a bridge so our hotel is only 3 kilometres away from the center of Trogir and 6 kilometres from the Split airport. The restaurant of the hotel Sveti Kriz in the beautiful ambient offers excellent gastronomic pleasure combined from national and international cuisine. It's the place for special ceremonies off all kinds: wedding and dinners, promotions, anniversaries, banquetes, prom nights, etc. There is also a beautiful terrace, conference hall and the aperitif bar. On the beach there is Coctail bar with beautiful terrace. ~Trogir cauliflower soup (appetizer) dalmatian cuisine speciality. 40 dg of cauliflower 1 dl of olive's oil 1 spoon of flour 5 slices of garlic 10 dg of prosciutto 2 twigs of parsley 1 dl of white vine salt and pepper. Cut cauliflower into little flowers and put them into boiling water. Cook carefully, observe that cauliflower doesn't overdo. Fry flour with some olive oil, add chopped garlic and pour it with water of the cooked cauliflower. Cut prosciutto into small dices and add it to the soup together with cooked cauliflower. Cook it for an hour. At the end add pepper, cutted parsley and vine. Boil the soup and then remove it from the stove. Serve the soup.

We will mention just a few of them: the church dedicated to the Holy Virgin set by the sea in a peaceful oasis of pine trees, the Franciscan monastery of Saint Anthony, the Dominican monastery of Saint Cross in the vicinity of the hotel. ~HISTORIC CITY OF TROGIR. The town was founded by the Greeks on a small island between the mainland and the island of Ciovo in the 2nd century BC. To follow its development and history you should start your walk at the main square and the town's cathedral of Saint Lawrence and explore its narrow streets. Trogir is an old town registered on UNESCO's list of cultural and natural heritage sites of world importance. The town is famous for its churches, many monuments and the cathedral from the 13th century.
