Accomodations at the Cottage at the Seely House. The Cottage at the Seely House Bed and
Breakfast offers
quiet surroundings for that special get-a-way with your special one. The
room has a Serta Perfect Sleeper queen size bed, a two-person
Jacuzzi tub, a gas fireplace, Dish
TV, and VCR and
videos, and a wet
bar with free soft
drinks, popcorn, and
coffee,
tea, and hot chocolate. The Cottage rents for $139 per night, payable only by cash or check. A credit card is required to reserve the
room. The Cottage, sometimes referred to as the Honeymoon Cottage, was built in 1897. A porch was added in the 1990's. The porch has comfortable seating for relaxing with a cold
drink in the evening or a cup of
coffee in the morning. The Cottage is decorated in a British Colonial style. The Queen size bed is comfortable and inviting. The
room has a slightly exotic feeling just right for romance. The gas fireplace is turned on (and off) with the flip of a switch. It provides a warm glow and a little heat that is warm and cozy, especially on a winter or rainy night. The
TV and VCR player are over the fireplace. The front
room has a comfortable couch and a table for writing or enjoying a cup of
coffee or popcorn. A
refrigerator is stocked with cold soft
drinks and water. The
Jacuzzi tub for two provides a jetted turbulence for soothing the body and the mind. Just a drop of bubbles may add to the romance. And the lights can be dimmed to suit your mood. This is the website of the Cottage at the Seely House Bed and

Cottage at the Seely House. The Cottage at the Seely House is a Bed and
Breakfast (BB) located in historic Guthrie, Oklahoma. The Cottage is cozy and comfortable - just perfect for that special romantic getaway, honeymoon, anniversary, or birthday. The Cottage at the Seely House BB is located in a
quiet, residential neighborhood near downtown Guthrie, OK. The Cottage has been beautifully restored and decorated in an exotic British Colonial decor. We serve a large and tasty
breakfast in your
room. You can enjoy a relaxing evening sitting on the porch or spending time together in the
Jacuzzi tub for two. A fireplace in the
bedroom sets the mood for romance. There is a small, separate sitting
room with wet
bar,
refrigerator, and microwave your use. The Cottage features a gas fireplace, Dish
TV, and queen-size bed. The city of Guthrie offers an array of antique stores, gift
shops, musical shows, theater, five public
golf courses, and seven museums all in a romantic turn-of-the-century historic town. The Guthrie trolley provides a relaxing view of the Guthrie sites and neighborhoods. You can arrange for a carriage to pick you up at the Cottage for a romantic ride around town or to
dinner or the theater with a ride back to the Cottage when youre ready. We look forward to

Cottage Rates, Policies, Rules, and
Safety Information. We hope that you enjoy your stay at the Cottage at the Seely House. The Cottage rents for $139 per night plus tax, payable only by cash or check. For your
safety and convenience, we request that you observe the following rules and
safety information: RESERVATION POLICIES. A credit card number is normally sufficient to reserve a
room. We will not process the payment until you arrive, at which time payment may be made only by cash or check. If you cancel within 10 days of your stay, we will bill your card for 80 percent of the rent, unless we rebook the Cottage. The Cottage does not accommodate children. Smoking is not allowed in the Cottage. You may smoke on the front porch or in the yard. No candles are allowed in the Cottage. The Cottage lighting is designed for a romantic evening. You may bring your own bottle of wine or champagne, but please limit your consumption for
safety. The yards around both the House and Cottage are available for your use. Water, soft
drinks, and popcorn are available in the in the Cottage. Various instant
coffees, teas, and hot chocolates are available in the Cottage.
Breakfast will be served at 9:00 am (8:30 am on Sundays) unless other arrangements are made. Checkout time is 11:00 am unless other arrangements are made. Please leave your key in the cottage or with us. A fire extinguisher is near the front door of the Cottage. Please note its location. A flashlight is available in the top drawer of the dresser in the
bedroom. If the electricity goes off, there is an automatic light in a wall plug. It may be taken out and used as a flashlight. Tornado watches and warnings are given on the
TV and
radio. A tornado warning means that a tornado has been sighted; please be alert and turn to a local
TV station (4, 5 or 9) until the warning is lifted. In case of an imminent tornado threat, the local siren will sound. If you hear the siren, please proceed directly to the shelter in the back yard. If you need a light, take the flashlight in the top dresser drawer or the light in the wall plug (it will go on when removed from the plug). Please assist others entering the shelter and make
room for them. A
radio and blankets are located in the shelter.
