flat area. We will encounter Pablo Neruda's way of life in the Sebastiana and the daily life of the common people of Valparaiso; Guide: Alda Marquez, Christian Guntert. Wednesday Day4: Spanish class in the morning, free the rest of the day. Thursday Day 5: Spanish class in the morning, afternoon excursion to the Market Place: Valparaiso City of Commerce. Duration: 4 hours; This afternoon we wil discover the contrast of the formal and informal Trade. Experience how local merchants articulate in their
business dealings. Finishing our
trip in the Market Place El Mercado Cardonal and meet with one of the most famous charecters of the market El Motemaei - a street vendor of Mote con Huesillos. Friday Day 6: Spanish class in the morning, free the rest of the day; In the evening outing to the Bohemian Night at the local
bar Cinzano Tango night. Saturday Day 7: Excursion all day. Visit Olmue:; Inland excursion with a local guide we will get to know the campesinos and their way of living,their dependence to the city, their language, and customs. Tour Valparaiso City of University Life. Duration: 4 hours; Talk with a University Teacher on the history of the university education of Chile. Then we will visit a university department that interest the most participants and meet a university students and get to know their stragle on paying for an education. Wednesday Day 11: Spanish class in the morning, free the rest of the day. Thursday Day 12: Spanish class in the morning, afternoon excursion to the Harbour Valparaiso Port City. We will visit Vina del Mar and Concon and we will talk with the people of the coastal region that earn their living due to the generosity of the Pacifec Ocean.

trip on horse back viewing the baylands of the coastal region of Ritoque.
